Anapea Village

Anapea is grounded in regenerative farming with minimal intervention in the cellar. Gocha is a geologist and has revived the once barren and eroded land into a thriving vineyard using bio-humus, worms, plants and other helpers from their ecosystem. Their goal is to create a hub for researching and celebrating the philosophies within natural wine and Georgian traditions. This includes reviving old varieties, fermenting/ageing with Qvevri, and continuing to push the walls of the global wine world. They are certified organic and are honed in on making wine the way one made thousands of years ago.
