Vinification
The grapes are selected from the oldest parcels of the vineyards and the fruit is harvested at perfect phenolic ripeness of each parcel. The fermentation is made in the historic granitic lagars with the traditional feet treading process, with controlled temperature. Maceration for 10 days with skin contact. Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels.
