‘Rooted in History’ is an exploration of how history has been captured in the vine, with each glass offering a taste of the trials, triumphs, and transformations that have sculpted these regions' wine-making heritage. From the ancient vines of Lebanon to the pioneering soils of Washington, from the classic elegance of Italy to the deep traditions of Spain, we'll uncover the stories woven into the very roots of these historic wineries.
