I see my work, the toil, the friends who have helped me, the experience they have passed on to me, and the patience with which they have supported me. The feeling I get when I reflect like this is a great thrill all down my spine that affects my soul deeply and gives me great energy. In all I have about 4 hectares of vineyards and 6 hectares of olive groves: it’s a very small enterprise. Since 2009 I have not used synthetic chemical phytosanitary products but only natural ones such as copper and sulphur. The farm is officially run under the conversion to organic farming system.
