Salt Spring Wild Cider

Salt Spring Island was once the largest producer of apples in B.C., and the island is still covered in apple trees that are over 100 years old. This history is the reason that we have an apple festival each year, displaying over 450 different varieties of apples that still grow on the island. This variety of apples is unmatched even by the Okanagan, and the complexity it offers our cider makes it truly unique.
