Hi - we are Dave & Missy. Together, with a small dedicated team, we craft full-juice ciders from apples grown on our 3rd gen. farm- from trees that Dave's grandfather (and father) once picked. The cidery was started in 2013 & we have increased the varieties of apples grown by grafting a diverse selection of heirloom, bittersweet, and bittersharp varieties - giving the orchard new life and providing complex tannins, aromatics, and flavours to our ciders.

Excusing the cliche, we are a genuine branch-to-bottle operation - growing, pressing, fermenting, bottling and selling onsite, ourselves.
