Tenuta Fanti Estate belongs to the Fanti family since 1800. In the early seventies Filippo, the current owner, transformed the property from a sharecropping company to a winery. Since then, the vineyards have been cultivated by himself and his daughter Elisa. Vineyards are located at between 150 and 430 ma.s.l., 3 km max from the cellar. Converted to organic agriculture for over ten years, they put sustainability matter on the table for years: use of lighter bottles, mechanical practices instead of herbicide, green manure between rows.
