In this session, we will discuss common viticulture tactics used to brave the elements across a variety of climates, whether that be cutting edge innovations, organic methodologies, or age-old traditions. Join BC’s 2024 Sommelier of the Year, Ian Casterton, and producers from Chile’s coastal influences, Greece’s sun-kissed slopes, Italy’s storied hills, and, of course, BC’s dynamic landscapes as we discuss harnessing earth, fire, wind, and water into a perfect bunch of grapes.
